(蒸肉的作用是让肉入口即化,颜色更透亮,把油蒸出来,没有耐心可以省略,但成品会有点腻)

小贴士蒸肉这一步建议不要省略..都煮了两个小时也不差那半小时了,而且蒸过的肉胆固醇还会降低,有益健康哦
